hello. bought my very first mazda, the new 3 GS sport... didn't take the SD card with the seller cause it was too expensive... been told that I can buy one for much cheaper online... any suggestion guys??

Welcome. I've read somewhere that you can get the GPS card off ebay or perhaps you are heading to the states in the near future as it might be cheaper down there.
