Because I am into performance and handling before going up so my plans are to do a 4 6 drop and increase power. No can't do that with a 4 x 4. At least not that low. Plus 2 x 4 gets slightly better gas. And I'm just a 2 x 4 guy. I was looking at the fx 4 but not worth it to me for the extra

    I'm confused.

You sold a car that out-performs this truck in every way....

What's to be confused about. I'm 45 if I want a car to perform I will get one and go race it on a track. For daily use I want a good performing vehicle that is safe and can carry my kids and wife and myself around in comfort. The kid in me can have the other anytime I want

Also let's look at your statement. The mazdaspeed 3 is not the be all end all of vehicles. Sure it may out perform the truck after I soaked all that money into it but a stock maZdaspeed3 is not that much better in a 1/4 mile. 1.3 seconds. So for a vehicle that weighs so much more and has so much more comforts does it really. And then when you compare it to a regular 3 cause hey why not since you are comparing apples to apples obviously the truck out perfoms a regular 3 hands down. To make a statement like you did just doesn't make any sense and is kinda closed minded because if you think I sold my car cause I thought I was going to buy a truck and say it would out perform my speed which I just soaked a ton of money makes absolutely no sense. You might as well say why did you sell your speed and by a lama to ride around on. Remember a true car enthusiasts loves all cars for different reasons and has different reasons for buying each vehicle. Sure I talk about doing stuff to the truck. But why wouldn't i. I am not looking to make a 8sec truck. I am looking to add some performance additives to make it better than what it is. As you can tell I take a bit of offence to your comment. But it's more because of the close minded attitudes of some that think the mazdaspeed3 is the be all end all.

What's the towing capacity on the FX2?

Looking at a few PWC's that I would need to haul but the terrains towing capacity maxes out at 1500 lbs

    The grill looks great.

    Decal is a good touch.

I had to have 4x4...Its a god send in the winter, ecspecially at stop lights, mind you I know a lot of guys who have no issue in 2x4, I just like peace of mind.

Super crew give you lots of room for subs?

I have to make a shallow box so I am using 2 JL shallow subs running 1 ohm with my mono block Phoenix gold so should sound nice. Wish my brand new T2 12" would have fit. But yeah tons of room hope the winter will be good. Has the limited slip dif to turn on and off so that will help.

Yea the dif will definately help, mine is open so its a mess haha. Are you shoving the box under the back seats? I plan on remaking my box to fit under the seats, looking for some shallows that can take a beating.
