Just leased a new 2015 Mazda3 GS - excited to get it!

Just a quick question - I'd still have to get it rustproofed right? If so, should i just do it at the dealership, or are there recommendations on this forum?

Welcome and congrats on the purchase. You can rustproof at the dealer or from Krown, both do good work. Krown should be cheaper and drilling is recommended.

Edit: lakeshore Krown is/was a TM3 sponsor. The Markham location is also pretty good. Been taking my family's cars there for a few years now.

Thanks guys! I'm just wondering if the rust proofing is better at the dealship because its only a 3 year lease. So if it starts rusting after 3 years, then it won't be my problem

Welcome. You're leasing for 3 years but are you planning on keeping it afterwards? I guess I wouldn't bother rust proofing if I wasn't going to keep it.

Welcome! Got my rustproofing from the dealership but plan on keeping the car for a long time. Krown might be the more economical solution if you're not keeping it past the 3 year lease.
