People get busy
At the end of the day, he may have missed out on a sale, but you bought a car
So he didn't hunt you down, no big deal in my opinion
Especially if you didn't follow up after not hearing back from him, I don't know the details

Past experience, I've had some salespeople call me 4 or 5 times after all I did was a test drive, which I found annoying. But I'm also annoyed that he didn't try harder, especially considering I'm a member on tm3.
Anyways, this thread is to post my experience, and so I have.
Good day.
Jeff is not a sales person to hunt you down. He is the business manager and you get better direct pricing as the sales person is removed from the sale.
Jeff has a day job and does not need to hunt you down to make a living. He is doing members a favour by passing on best pricing.
If Serious pick up the phone. Better yet make an appointment to go see him, have a test drive.
Don't be one of these people that fires off 12 emails to different dealers asking for best price.

Sorry Bisson that I didn't get back to you. I normally reply with a "call me when you are ready" because I don't quote by email.
Buying over the phone is the easiest way to buy a car but if you had s trade it makes it difficult.
Side note. I am not one of those sales guys that are going to call you nonstop. That isn't because I don't want the sale, it is because I find people can't stand being hounded. My philosophy is that when you are ready, gimme a call.

Damn you photobucket.....
After the really bad rainstorm in mid-October, my 07 Mazda 3 GT engine unfortunately got hydro-locked. That very same night I was on TM3 and the Internet sending out e-mails looking for the best deal for a brand new 2015 Mazda 3 GS with Convenience Package and Moonroof Package. Did extensive amounts of research on pricing, what deals and features other users got, and e-mailed dealerships all over the GTA to send me pricing for what I wanted.
Needless to say, Jeff beat out all of those quotes I received AND the prices I found online that other had paid for the same car and features I got. Jeff was very easy and personable to deal with; pricing on extras he offered was very reasonable, and I do not feel a hint of buyer's remorse at all.
Called Jeff on Monday to get a quote, called back Tuesday and within a 10 minute phone call, was able to seal the deal for the car with exactly what I wanted. Jeff was able to get the new car ready for me two days later, and I was back on the road in only week after my loss.
Just another excellent and smooth purchase from Jeff and MoT. I would definitely recommend giving Jeff a shout before buying a Mazda. My only regret was not wasting my time and sealing the deal sooner, but I couldn't have had a better buying experience.
Thanks Jeff

I actually hear so many good things about Jeff, I wish I met a car salesman that's half as reputable as him.
2004 Mazda 3... Gone.
Bought a 2010 Ralliart
Because Mario.
Sucks to hear about your car. I lost my '05 Mini Cooper the same way.
Jeff has been great- I've sent two of my family members to him in the past year... same outcome as yours. Happy motoring!

Just completed the easiest car purchase ever, with Jeff at Mazda of Toronto. Called around and visited other dealers and none came anywhere close to Jeff's quote. Very pleasant and helpful. Jeff took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with me and our daughter. Set up her phone too...
Sent my sister there too, and she ended up buying a Mazda 6 from Jeff.
Love our new Deep Crystal Blue Mica 2015 Mazda 3 GS sedan with Convenience and Manual Transmission (YAY!).
Thanks again, Jeff!

After our daughter was involved in an accident that resulted in the write-off of our 2012 Mazda 3, (she's ok), we started all the new car research again, eventually deciding that another Mazda 3 was again the way to go.
We initially contacted Jeff at Mazda of Toronto via email and he responded quickly. With a few telephone calls and emails, we had a deal.

Hey guys,
Just adding my $0.02 about @Jeff-TheBiz at Mazda of Toronto. I've sent him about 5 people (friends and extended family) over the past couple years, but finally experienced his magic myself.
Background:
GF's sister wanted a first car, and her parents wanted to buy it for her. I suggested the Mazda3, because I was simply asked "what's a good hatchback as a first car that'll last 10+ years". They test drove my 2015 Mazda3 Sport GT 6MT last week, because pops-in-law really hates having sales guys breathing down his neck. I figured a '15 Sport GS w/Convenience (automatic) would fit the bill nicely, and they were cool with it.
Texted Jeff to make sure he had this car in stock, then I went to see him on Monday. He gave me his best price within two minutes of entering, and I didn't bother shopping around because I know he's the guy I want to deal with. I called the pops-in-law to make sure he's all right with it, and he gave me his CC/driver's license info over the phone. Signed the papers, and the deal was done in under five minutes. Jeff even offered to do delivery the next day (even though that's a bit too early for us, we need to juggle cars around to make room for this one).
No BS, no hidden fees, no drama, and thanks to my connections with Mazda Canada doing me a solid favour, I actually got the car well below cost.
Also was great to shoot the sh*t and chat for a while with Jeff, and we're looking forward to picking up the car. He really is a great guy and this was one of the most effortless sales experiences I've ever had.
This marks deal #6 with Jeff, and I'll be slapping some TM3 plate frames on the car as soon as it arrives.
Sometimes I wish I had lots more money just so I could buy cars from Jeff like every week.
"I didn't bother shopping around..." So how do you know how magical he is compared to everyone else if you didn't try the magic elsewhere?

If you've ever used Jeff before, you'd understand what I mean by not bothering to shop around. As I already mentioned, this isn't my first rodeo with MoT or @Jeff- TheBiz ;

Actually I did try to buy from Jeff, he was the first one I went to when I was looking for my car... and I assumed this is your first personal experience as you "finally experienced his magic." lol

Sons first car, our first Mazda. The boy wanted to buy local so we wasted time doing the sales-manager negotiation dance at our local dealer. Finally convinced him to talk to Jeff. You know the rest of the story. Want to publicly thank Jeff for taking time with the boy to walk him through the whole process. 2015 GS Sport. The boy can't get the off his face.

Glad he had a good first car buying experience. My first car buying experience was shit. Left me feeling ripped off, and used. But I love my Mazda 3 so I try to forget about the experience. The only saving grace is the stealership I got it from is now out of business.
