Nice looking ride, how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Congrats....looks mint. Great part list with low KMs
I guess Im one of the lucky ones that found a non modded speed.
Did you get a compression test?
Well I haven't really updated this thread since I got the car so I'll go ahead and do that now.
Being able to store the car in my garage at home during the winter allowed me to get the BC Coilovers installed. After doing 3 or 4 coilover installs on these cars I'm quite confident now with doing these. Got my time down from 2 days to 5 hours to do the full install alone(with no issues). I've raised the car up a bit to avoid rubbing and cutting up the tires, the fronts weren't too bad but the rears were really taking a beating.
For parts I've purchased the Corksport adjustable front end links as the ones that were on the car were seized up and looked like they were in very rough shape. Build quality is solid much like any Corksport product I've purchased.
I ordered some vinyl wrap off of amazon and wrapped some of the interior of the car. The carbon fibre I ordered turned out to be more of a flat look as opposed to the glossy I wanted, the red however turned out great and actually matches the red stitching in the seats, shift boot, and Mazdaspeed writing on the seat
About 2 weeks ago I ordered some new wheels from Jon @Nextmod which just arrived today. They look great and are much lighter than I expected them to be. They are Enkei TS9, specs are 18x8.5 +35 with a 225/40/18 Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Those will be installed Monday by @Tires23. I was contemplating buying a 235 tire but chose to stick with the 225, my rear fenders are already rolled slightly and I didn't want to do any more at this point in time to fit a 235 tire comfortably.
While I was at Nextmod I also picked up the spoiler extension and some new lug nuts. Fitment on the spoiler extension was decent, took a bit of sanding to get smooth so I didn't scratch up the car too bad and get it to sit as flush as possible.
All in all I'm quite happy. The car is making a whining noise at WOT once I go in to boost and hit about 6psi~, After digging around I suspect it is the BOV hose leaking as it has been cut and I don't believe is making a good seal. Still hitting peak boost and holding, and the TIP seems snug on the turbo and most intercooler piping is solid. I've picked up a JBR bov hose to replace the sketchy cp-e one and will install that when I find some free time.
Future plans at this point are to get a pro tune done by Freektune, Corksport shifter bushings and Corksport rear sway bar. Big spending makes my wallet feel sad so I'm done for a while now.
Until Monday...

How hard is it to do the coilover install? Have a set of H&R I need to put on
As long as your end links are in good shape and bolts aren't completely rusted and seized up its fairly straight forward. I believe the H&R are different from the BC as the BC rears are a straight swap but the H&r you must disassemble part of the strut to remove the bump stops. Cork sport provides a great set of instructions on their website
Good stuff man! I think those wheels should look pretty damn clean on the car once they're on!
Wheels and tires are on and I'm in love. Need to lower the front more and then roll the rear fenders a little bit more and then it'll be set. The Super Sports are fantastic. Hook up great and are incredibly sticky, which I measure by how many rocks they fling up at the car.

Been a while since I've been on here, thought I would update the thread.
What's been done to the car since? Corksport turbo, EBCS and 3.5 MAP sensor, CS PMM and TMM, CS RSB, Mid chassis brace, rear chassis brace, Ford transmission fluid, CS short shifter and shifter bushings, car is Freektuned now. Only tracked it once so far, definitely plan on getting out there again soon.
