probably...can't you just re-apply the dip that peels ?

When I do it I have a heat gun on the metal for quite a while to where it'll burn you if you keep your hand on it. So yes, your dip will feel its effects.

Allen told me recently in an email that they don't do fender rolling. I just had mine done today at Nextmod instead.
