Which map are you running? Any issues while driving or idling? Try reflashing your map and it should disappear.

Running Stage 1 SF. ive noticed for the last week or so that when just driving, my the car doesnt go over 0 psi unless i give it some gas! which is prob normal but when i wasnt running the tune i didnt notice it. im going to reflash it after work and hopefully that will work.

get accessport manager off cobb website and connect it to the computer via supplied USB cord. You should be able to download the logs to your computer.

Pretty sure that is a dummy code that comes up every time you scan it. Try scanning a friends known good car for the same code
