They remade the animated one released a while ago almost shot for shot. It looks good but I doubt it will come close of the crude hilarity the comic has.
Interested to see how the character breaks the 4th wall. There better be pancakes as well.

The fact this is being made with a R rating is pretty amazing. Ryan Reynolds, the director and the two writers have been pushing this for several years. Talk about dedication.
