AJAC Car Awards 2005

I was just looking in the Toronto Star today and they have a section titled \"Drive 2005\" that details the 2005 AJAC awards. The thing is that I could not find the Mazda3 anywhere on those pages. Are the awards only for new cars or is it a rule that the car that won last year is no longer a contender?

The cobalt/pursuit looks good and can cruise on the highway at 2500rpm!!!

New cars only (technically I believe the dates for \'04 are Jan 1-Dec 31 2004).
Mazda6 Sport is there though.
