Mazda of Toronto. Took it there while my mechanic is off sick. Good price, fast pleasant service.

Define "Best Experience" Do you mean that in terms of cost/discount, how they treat you, time they take to complete the service, overall cleanliness of the dealership, type of waiting area, shuttle service...or in my case do they offer you home made chocolate cake and espresso lol.

By knowing what your criteria is it will be easier to steer you in the best direction

Your question title is leading to asking for the best dealership to bring your car for service....but your asking the best experience.....you will get different answers as people have different experiences on different dealerships.....your asking for opinions

like what she said...knowing your criteria and what you expect will be easier

I always had great experiences at Westowne Mazda. Not only were they fast with repairs but they were always willing to go above and beyond.

Yes, exactly....it's key for us to know what criteria is most valuable to you.
@mz3Danish For example, there is a particular dealership that even if they offered me free parts & service I wouldn't take the offer because the staff that work there are unsavory and I don't want anyone there touching my car.

My critera for "best" relates to how customers are treated; there is no monetary value that comes into play in my critera but for you cost might be the driving factor. In this scenario what you may consider to be the "best" dealership, I would consider to be the "worst" dealership.

look at the dealership reviews section, and do some reading.
Different people have had different experiences.
Some of the dealerships that have generally positive feedback Whitby Mazda, MoT, Avante/Mazda of Richmond Hill, Maple Mazda, 401 Dixie Mazda, Achilles Mazda.
    Take your pick.

Recent bad experience with Westowne Mazda.

Had my car in for schedule maint, and apparently now when you tell them that you don't need your tires rotated they will not go through the vehicle check list. So I said to them that they are more than happy to take my money and send me on my way with a possible unsafe vehicle? The reps behind the counter had nothing to say.

I know my front brakes are needing to be replaced and I was surprised to get my bill and no inspection sheet.
When I questioned them, they said new tier levels of service. No inspection of brakes if they are not rotating tires.

I politely took my vehicle and after doing the online survey the service manager called and tried desperately to get me back in there. I told him that they will no longer be seeing my car. Warranty expires next month and I will take it to the mechanic that use to service my previous vehicles.

    I'm done with Mazda Stealerships.

It's a hit or miss....even the best dealership with lots of positive reviews can turn out to be bad that one day.

The brake thickness is checked when its caliper service time at the yearly service. We fill out the inspection sheet, but it won't include brake pad thickness as the techs don't have the tires off. They will check all other areas including the tread depth of tires, psi, lights, etc.

Here you chose to not pay for the extra time it takes to remove the tires. Sounds like it was standard procedure.

Yeah I would have to second that, the experience there has been horrible for me. Horrible is putting it lightly. They basically used a checklist for us, and didn't even look to see what was wrong. We were told there was something "urgent" and the car was unsafe and we had to repair it, a crack in the control arm. Well, 3 mechanics later one of which was another dealership - and no one could find this crack. Needless to say, never again.

lol Westowne, from the moment I stepped into that viper pit I could tell they were greasy bastards. Avoid them at all costs, you're nothing but a crumpled dollar sign to them.
