Regular maintenance service near Yonge and Sheppard

Hi Toronto Mazda Community,

I have a 2010 mazda 3 which I have had for about 6 years now and I was wondering if anyone would recommend a service shop near Yonge and Sheppard for regular maintenance. Customer service is the most important factor. I would rather have a shop make ten mistakes and then take all possible steps to fix them, then to have a shop make one mistake but refuse to fix it. It would be a bonus if they didn't try to sell unnecessary products such as annual alignments when there is no uneven tire wear. Reading the reviews on this website I would prefer not to use a dealership. Is there a shop that you would recommend?
