Try parcel donkey, they charge $5 USD per package and it is 5 mins from the border. I ordered jbr stuff in there and it was free shipping; also I was not charged taxes crossing back.

If you hide it properly lol. I never had any good luck crossing the border. Got checked 8 out of 11 times i crossed.
