I recall reading they were taking it off line for a period to make some revisions. That said, yes you may as well email COBB directly.

They usually ask for the accessport serial. Maybe have that ready as well.

They took the software down to update it due to industry news or some BS along those lines. I have a feeling they are removing the ability to mess with the emissions systems.

I love my VersaTune, software is still up and VT actively update the software.

This was the response I received. Maybe they have changed their policy?:

In the meantime please update your AccessPORT to the LATEST firmware. Please run the AccessPORT Updater software. If you don't have it already, it can be found here.

S.F.W it was over a year ago. That probably explains it if they pulled the software 3 months ago. Maybe reach out to them again?
