    Default Back bumper peeling out

I have no idea how this happened but has anyone encountered a problem where the back bumper edges sticks out? It allows me to push it in, but after a while it comes out again. This is happening on both sides. My only guess is to get some kind of glue to hold it in but not sure what will work. I have an oil change at mazda next weekend and I have a feeling they could over charge me just to fix this. Any ideas? Thanks.

Its a bolt or screw going up i think, it looks like it ripped out on the 2nd pic, all you can really do is clean it and put a nice sized washer on it, for adhesive i like to use a hot glue gun because its easily removable
