Fine looking knife!! Great for picking out grubs from your lawn. These tend to dull after each use so better buy a couple more.

81 bucks on Amazon.ca not as cheap as in the US but the price did drop from about 94 bucks so I jumped on it

Would anyone here carry a US $500 folding knife? I mean most of carry $800 phones which are useless after 2 years...

@loki sure, why not? A couple of my Benchmade's are $250ish retail in Canada, not much of a stretch to double that.

Wife gave me the go ahead to order the Sebenza, now it's just a matter of picking which one and the other stipulation is I find some kind of safe storage for all these knives. Thinking lockable Pelican case or a small safe

First or last one IMO. The first one if you're actually going to use. The last one if you want the knife just to look at/for show.

Just get an entry level fire safe for storage:

Probably just order one of the Amazon basics safes. 90 bucks and it'll lock things up.

Only reason is wife wants them locked away from the girls and she also has a fear of being stabbed in the night because I sleepwalk. Which is fair.

And @SomeGuy totally agree with your reasoning. I couldn't bring myself to cut with a Damascus blade...and I actually do want to use this thing. Not for crazy tasks but simple knife useage for sure

If you don't already have a bigger safe for passports and such, it's worth getting the larger one. You really want a fire/water rated safe since it would save things for reasons other then theft/safety.

Yup, it's more of a collectors item then a useful tool. If you want to use it, get one of the other two, although I like the blade shape of the first one better.

That's a little extreme to use to make a PBJ Sandwich though, no?

I have a custom made fountain pen.... $500.

So, a 1000 dollar knife sounds reasonable to me.
