Default Wiring up a idatalink remote starter, where is the "pat harness"

So I'm having trouble getting this remote starter to work, it will start if the key is in the iginition (not turned on) but won't start when it's not. The only thing I'm not sure I have wired right is the immobilizer bypass, the description says it's on the pat harness, where is that?
