    Default BOSCH Pads

Anyone out there use BOSCH Pads?

They seem to run a tad cheaper than what the affiliated dealers are asking for OEM.

Interweb searching, they seen to run quieter than other brands.

I personally use Bosch pads on my parents Toyotas. Rav4 and Corolla. Bought from Cawthra Automotive in Mississauga. They are great pads, much better bite then OEM. Comes with all the hardware and even little package of lubricant. Dont know about wear kms yet as i just installed them not to long ago.

define "bite"... is this initial "bite"? If so, typically these pads change their coefficient of friction to be better at lower temperatures... this means, that once the pads get hot, especially on hard stops or down a mountain, they won't work as good as ones that needs a little bit of heating up

most people want this type of brake feel these days and auto makers have responded by making brakes this way on some cars, such as camrys, for example
