Do you have an oil catch can? If not, have you done any mods lately?

It is likely from an intake tract leak. A hose may have come loose or is cracked open. @RetroLite

I did a pressure test from the air filter onwards to the throttle body and no leaks. I have a mishimoto catch can and no recent mods for a few months

The hose from the catch can that connects to the intake may have popped off. You can sometimes see it with some good eyes and flash light through the top. It's after the throttle body so your test would not have picked it up.

I had that hose pop off on me due to the hose getting old and not being and pliable from going through so many heat cycles. @ retrolite

I will check it out, but do you think the o2 sensor could just be gone I can get the afr to change sometimes if I blip the throttle bust mostly stuck at 29

If the O2 sensor was pooched it would be pegged at 14.85, it would only read 14.85. (My buddy's did this when it failed)

It's 99% a vacuum leak from a hose on the intake side of the engine. @RetroLite

I feel like I'm going to melt the Pistons if I try to make it home. Don't know what else to check with just my access port to see if it's putting enough fuel in at idle or while I try to slowly make it home.

Check your LTFT at idle to see if it is a hose leak, but you can limp home just don't go into boost.

The LTFT will be showing as double digit positive number. @ Retrolite

Thank you for all the help I appreciate it. Do you happen to know which o2 sensor monitors afrs that I see displayed on my access port?

The first one (the primary) shows the AFR. It's the easy one to access lol.

It could be failing but it usually shows a 14.85 all the time when it does fail.

From the video I can see you are always in vacuum and lean, so you are pulling extra air into the engine if there is a hose that is loose that was not metered by the MAF sensor.

So I took another video after I installed my arm afr gauge temporarily and the riots are that the arm reads air fuel correctly I am assuming while the Accessport is stuck still. What do you make of this? Failing o2 sensor? The car has 104,000 Kms on it

If in that video you have both the AFR gauge and O2 sensor both installed, your AFR is pegged at 14.85.

Which is a sign of a failed O2 sensor, take your car for a small drive to see if it moves. If you disconnected the battery your car has to relearn the fuel trims.
