Long time ago I had doubts about 401 Dixie till the new management took over a while back. The service I've done has been done well and without hassle, as well as the parts department always being friendly!

Don't about service dept but parts dept is very good. 20% TM3 Discount is awesome!
Well, I haven't been there since my girlfriend bought her 3 in 2013, but I can confidently say it was a terrible experience. Their finance guy was ridiculous and couldn't remember if the car was under warranty or not, and if the extended warranty applied, and then decided that the warranty she paid for wasn't actually available anymore, and then forgot to give her the spare key... The list goes on. And even after all that and multiple complaints to sales managers and the general manager, they never made good.
Wouldn't go back.
I've been driving my Mazda3 from there since December after someone totalled my jeep. It was a great experience. All the staff were attentive and the financing guy Josue didn't hide anything from me. Considering I had just bought my Jeep four months before, the sales experience was still fresh in my mind so I kept close attention to everything. He even gave me a great deal on the Titan Protection package.
Hopefully it stays this way. Sorry to hear about your bad experience MikeSafari.

Instead starting my own thread, I'll just revive this.
The parts department at 401 Dixie Mazda is awesome. They know their stuff and they're as interested in cars as you are. Thanks for the heads up about the discount by the way.
The service department on the other hand is sketchy. These are some things that stood out to me after going there since December 2016.
- recommended a new engine air filter; when I mentioned I used a replaceable one that was cleaned the week before, the rep quickly moved on to the next thing;
- recommended a new cabin air filter; I installed a clean one the night before (I ordered a bunch once I found out how pricey the OE filters are);
- claimed my brake fluid was burnt at less than 30,000 km and my transmission needed to be flushed. Now I'm not a mechanic but not an idiot so while that sounded wrong, I took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion. Both were perfectly fine.
- a deep gouge showed up after service. The mark was not in photos I took before the service nor in their walk around sheet. Even after speaking with the service manager and going over what happened he just denied the possibility that it could have happened in the shop telling me he can get a quote to fill it.
This is a place that refuses to take responsibility over their own paper work or doesn't even look at little things like filters before selling new ones.

Yes, Tony @401DIXIETONY is awesome and the discounts are still on. Picking up a thermostat and rear brakes from them shortly.
Tony connected me with his colleague Jim Godbeer who provided me with discount pricing via email and then I dropped by to pickup - I work close to this dealer so it's very convenient.
You can get direct contact info on their website:

I also had recall work done at this dealership and the experience was good.
