    Default Touch up paint

    Have a 2011 Mazda 3 Sport
Went to Mazda dealer for some touch up paint, but all they were selling was one of those stupid "paint" pens.
I don't really find then very practical, especially for larger areas .
So, my question is...Does anyone know where in the Toronto area can one get the proper paint for my car that comes in an aerosol container
I've heard that there are places that will put together the exact paint colour in an aerosol can
    Any suggestions ??????
    Thanks

Napa, Car Quest both can mix up the paint for you in an aerosol can.

Hey, I have some spots needing touch up on my hatch as well. What do you consider a large area? Is a spray can only better than the pen on large areas? And if we use a spray do we need to use a clear coat on top of the paint? I'll link some photos to my hatch (front grill/bumper/ up close and zoomed in), cheers!

So does Roberts Paint care out of Quebec. Ordered online and had it at my door within a day or two.

Colour match was right on and you can get touch up in rattle can or in bottle with brush. Way better than the pen sticks at the dealership. The touch up in a bottle was also designed that you didn't have to put a clear coat on top however that adds extra protection and depth.

    Hey all,

I also have some spots that could use some touch up paint on the front bumper. If the area doesn't take up much space would the spray can still be better than the pen?

    Thanks for the info.
I checked out their website and looks great
Just wondering how your paint project went and how satisfied were you with the product sent to you and also how the end result looked

Definitely Napa, good quality paint, all they need is your paint code from the door...I've seen great success with it

Painting plastic is easier than painting metal. Good luck. I know a mobile person that could come to your place and do it if you're interested. A bit cheaper than a shop.

check ebay... you can find new old stock of the "nail polish" (brush in bottle) touch up paints... I couldn't find one for my colour but I found a British seller with the Mazda kit and ended up paying good money to import it from the UK

I just drain the paint from pen into glass container and use #1 and 2 smallest brushes (from dollarstore) and it works pretty good.

I have same silver colour as you too.
