    Default koni yellow interchangeable?

    is the koni yellow from 2nd generation mazda3 fits on 1st gen? and other way around?
    someone enlighten me, Planning to buy a used koni yellow from 2nd gen mazda3 for my 2007 mazda3.

    Ok. I searched around and just in case anyone have this problem in the future. Fronts struts are the same but the rear shocks are different cause of the lower bottom bolt

    On the second gen you can get the longer bolt to make them fit. Maybe on 1st gen you just need a different bolt.

    The first gen won't accept the second gen shock because the mount on the second gen is smaller, and the first gen has a bracket that holds around the shock. You can fit it inside there, but it will definitely move around.
