    Default HID'S/ DRL'S

If you have a first generation mazda 3 and you put in HID'S and you don't want them running all the time on low beam (2004-2006 mazda 3) then contact lockdown security and they can have it so your fog lights will run in place of your low beam lights during the day or you can have them not run at all and have full control over the lights, have fog lights on or your low beam lights on.

I did indeed, this is going back a number of years now

For OP, there are many different options you can choose to have DRL's. Fogs, high beams, angel eyes, the xenons themselves, or completely bypass them and have non at all.
I must give credit where credit is due. Lockdown did show me how to wire the relay to prevent the xenons from flickering the proper way as supposed to the way I had mine setup years ago. Also helped with bypassing the xenons from flashing when the alarm was triggered.
