    Right turn on red light?
    I would fight it
There's definitely not a 3 second delay on the lights downtown, not even at Lakeshore

But I'm curious to check the intersection at work at Bay/Lakeshore. A 3 second all stop is an eternity.

You ever driven through Cambridge on 8? Heading from the hospital through the Delta? You can enter that intersection on a green, and leave on a red doing the posted speed of 60km/h, (one side is 60, just past Tim Hortons it switches to 40)

Ask me how I know this...

A cop gave me a red light ticket, on my birthday just after I got my G2, I entered on a yellow maybe doing 65km/h. Got it knocked down to a "fail to obey lane light" and no points.

This is the intersection incase people don't know it. Going from left to right.

If you rolled through a red light and turned right, I believe the GTA has come in with the cameras to ticket you because at a red light, although you are allowed to turn right at some intersections, you must come to a complete stop before proceeding, this might be why you got a ticket for this.
