    Default 2007 Mazda 3

    Hey guys

I just recently got a 2007 Mazda 3 5speed Sedan and it has some issues with the suspension. Luckily my brother has a speed 3 first gen he is parting out.

Do you guys know if front suspension from it will fit my sedan? What else can I get from the speed 3 as a plug and play upgrade?

    Thank you

Rear sway bar and it is a huge handling upgrade. You will require his end links.

Awesome. How much do they go for with endlinks.

Also do you know if the ms3 thermostat is the same as mine?

Ok guys I'm having some issues with the 5speed transmission.. It keeps throwing a p0762 shift c solenoid C stuck opened. I've replaced the shift solenoid itself.. Then changed the fluid to new M5 Mazda fluid.. Took it for a drive and the same code came back...

Then replaced the TCU and the car drove fine for a day then the same code and limp mode returned.. Won't shift above second gear.. Then I left the car over night and the code disappeared.. Went back to driving perfectly

I'm thinking it maybe a dirty TCU connector or a pin? Any ideas as to what the issue maybe?

P0762 code means the car’s computer has detected an unusual operation within shift solenoid C often due too low/dirty fluids or poor wire connections.

Answer right there, check the connectors. You've done everything else lol.

You don't need the end links while using a MS3 RSB on a NA Mazda 3.

You may require some spaces for the bar but that's about it. Some people didn't even use spacers though some would work themselves loose.

How did you check the wiring? Did you check for continuity? It's not just your actual connectors that could be the issue.

Going to do a continuity test Tuesday.. We removed the connector white face and cleaned the metal.. We found some dirt in the connector itself. After putting everything back together the car ran fine for around 150km.. Then the problem came back. Now I have a obd2 scanner hooked up a d clearing codes while I got the car home.

Next up is to test the harness for continuity.. Anything else I should check for?

Personally having a mod that is going to allow me to corner a bit harder I didn't want to use spacers or try to wing it. After 150 000 kms I didn't mind putting on new end links. Last thing I want is mass amounts of unexpected body roll.

    Lol I guess.

I'm still running stock endlinks and I'm over 200k and have never had an issue.

I created the spacers years ago and many people have used them. They work well and don't cause any issues. If you were to track the car that's when I would recommend upgrading the endlinks.

It's your car though so do what you like.
