    Default Turbo Installation

Hi guys, I'm sorry if this post seems "noobish" I'm kinda new to the whole car owning world and I want to make my first car a kick ass car to remember. So my main question is does anyone know a good shop that does turbo( or supercharger) Installations in the gta (or outside of the gta) for Mazda 3's?

I have been searching none stop on Google and all I have been finding is retailers, which would be totally okay if I knew how to install a turbo myself. So that's why I was wondering if anyone knew a shop that can install turbo kits

Many people have tried this route. Success rate is extremely low.
if you think you can pull this off for 500$, don't bother. Costs are high, hence many have abandoned ship.
    Suggestion: buy a turbo car
1991 Nissan Pathfinder - trade in, 2005 Mazda 3 GX ty grey - Write off, 2010 Mazda 3 GT E sedan CWP- trade in, 2010 Speed 3 w/tech CWP - Up for sale (soon), 2007 Mazda 3 GS silver- motor swapped in to 2009 MS3 CWP that had blown engine, 2002 BMW 330ci silver- new winter ride, 2005 BMW M3- new toy

if done right, then there will be no boom. But to not go "boom" time and money is a factor

Done right being the operative scenario, far to many turbo installs are done with parts that are cobbled together, not really a true system hence the boom boom.

But really. We’ve seen this before several times and it rarely or never ends well. Seriously I’d sell the 2009 GT and buy a 2007 Mazda Speed 3. Use the grand to tune and modify it.

Or you can give it a shot and give us updates once in a while. Always interesting to see these turbo builds!!!

+1. Even if it's turboed, you should upgrade brakes / transmission / suspension to match. You might as well just get a speed3 or GTI at that point. The manufactures upgrades parts that you cannot see, the axle knuckle, bushings, chassis stiffening, modified gear ratios, upgraded engine internals, suspension, brakes, LSD (maybe) etc.
