turn on power but not engine ? (push button start)

I previously had a 2007 Mazda 3 Sport GT, which of course used a nice key to start it. The ignition therefore had an "accessory" position where you could turn on the power to the accessories but not turn on the engine itself. At times this is useful.

I now have a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport GT with premium and tech packages. It has a keyless push button start.

Is there some kind of way to turn on power to accessories without turning on the engine ? If so, how ??

Without the foot on the clutch/brake pedal:

Push once - accessory.
Push again - On (everything is on and running off the battery).
Push a third time to turn off.
