09 Mazda3 lights on dash

i've recently done some work on my car, replaced bearings, ball joints, and tie rod ends. made sure everything was installed correctly and the bearings were put in the right way, now im getting codes and have the engine, power steering, abs, and e-brake lights on. scanned and clear all codes, tested fuses, and im at the point where im ready to take to mazda to get fixed. anyone have any issues like this or know anything i can do to fix this.

Sounds like a grounding issue.

what are your codes?
did you try and remove the abs sensors while replacing the bearings? They do seize in to the hubs and you could have damaged them without knowing it.
the traction light could be connected to the steering and engine light.
broken abs sensor=lack of speed signal=loss of steering angle=ecu not being able to see speed/steering angle.
are you SURE the wheel bearings are not backwards?
