Default 2015 mazda3 Transmission service interval

The 2015 Mazda 3 gs came with sky active technology. I read that Mazda claimed it is life time transmission fluid required no change, so I called 4 service centres from different dealer for advise. The answers are 50k or 3 years, 80 km or 4.5 years, 100km or 5 years, 200k or 10 years. One thing in common is that they don't suggest transmission flush but only drain and refill since it is a sealed unit. Any suggest on when should we actually do this. Thx

as per this link it doesnt say anything about changing the fluid, i do remember when i worked there they said it would be a non serviceable tranny but i never believe that anyway. everything always wears down but i would call mazda canada and ask them what they say. also check and read your manual and see if it has a service change at any point. and then the rest is up to you. i would always think an auto tranny should be done around 70-80k, manual around 50k.

but if the cost of the flush or change is 100 bucks vs 1000 bucks. its also a call to make and or if you dont change it and something happens then what does ht tranny replacement cost.

I just called Mazda of Canada. They did not give a direct answer. They said maybe 2 years. It depends on the codition of fluid. Just follow the service centre recommendation, but service centre's options are so different from one to another.

Service centre's opinions are different because a)they have not inspected the fluid b)They all want to sell you the service, and are trying to tell you what you want to hear so you will come to them for service.
