How do those sound I wanted to do something like this if I decide to keep my car are you also not worried about the windows steaming up without those vents?

You would need to seal the vents somehow to get good sound. The air will be directed to the upper vents and center so I don't think it will be a problem. You can also open the window a bit.

Looks great. Really interested in hearing your setup sometime this spring/summer.

I really like to have someone else input about the sound in my car, for me it sounds good but I haven't listened to other setups to compare, except OEM .

OEM sounds terrible vs anything aftermarket my car sounds horrible really interested in upgrading all the speakers. I replaced the head unit and it made a slight difference just need new speakers to go with it these ones that fit in the vents is a great idea and look very nice I might copy you.

I had to make a baffle the mount the driver, 1" MDF the inside+5/8" plywood at the front, painted black. Vents inside are blocked by a sponge to help the seal and protect the driver.

I know, I switched from Kappa to Focal, big difference. I also have woofers in quarter window in my hatchback which improves overall sound. Reason for vent driver is to improve the soundstage.
