Question Strange electrical issue. Bad negative?

    Mazda 3 2007 sedan 1.6L AT.

Brake switch signal caused to dashboard lighs dimming. Even on high engine RPMs sometimes LCD screen stop function. All the other car systems running smoothly.

When engine not running pressing brake pedal don't affect a thing only drake lamps are on. Only if engine started the issue shows up. Turning on parking lights solving the issue.

I believe here is bad negative somewhere but can't figure exact point. Started from PJB. PJB negative connector shows 0 ohm until engine started. Then it is about 50 - 60 ohm. Tried to short this wire directly to vehicle body without effect.

Someone knows where to look for more negative connectors under dash board?

I have service manual but can't find anything related to my problem. Basically, possible to turn on the lights every time, but it isn't the solution.

    Here is the video added

    Please help. I'm lost.

I'd start with checking wiring somewhere just around brake pedal area, maybe u touching something with ur foot,
once my friend had a similar problem when hitting brake pedal radio stopped, it was a bad wire above the pedal
