Default Constant gringing noise front left

OK, I'm posting this in suspension because I'm not actually sure what the problem is. I just replaced nearly everything in the front and back end of the 2006 Mazda 3 and now a grinding noise has been developing in the front left. What does it sound like? Imagine a brake pad worn down to the metal and grinding against the disc. But that's not it. The brakes are fine. OK, driving down the road at any speed I can hear this grinding noise. Put the car into a slow right turn and it quits. Let the steering wheel return to it's central position and the grinding starts back up and turn the wheel to the left and it gets a bit worse. Fiddling with the brakes during this makes no difference as sometimes a loose rattling pad will stop making noise when you load it up a bit. Not the case here.

I am wondering if I could have got a bad bearing with my Crappy Tire $149.00 bearings. Any simple diagnostic tests I can do?

    Any help would be appreciated.

I'm just noticing from my paperwork that I didn't replace the front bearings, just the back so, the vehicle has 207k on it and the bearings are original.

Since the dust shield and rotor are attached to the same bracket I would say no since they move in unison.

Likely a bearing. I replaced the right front bearing recently and had the same noise; grinding through whatever speeds, sometimes quiet during turns. I think my left rear is now going lol, but atleast I got 300+k out of them.
