I lost Reverse!

After a TMM install, I seem to have lost my ability to get into Reverse. I have searched high and low on forums and can't seem to pinpoint what is going on.
Where Reverse is now feels like 1st and it moves forward like it is in 1st.
Any help would be welcome.

I also have a JBR short shofter and SSP. I am not sure if that affects anything.

i would think it would be more to do with the short shifter or plate not so much the mount itself. id check the cable to make sure when its in reverse the plate is going into the right spot. or take it off and put the stock one back on.
