Mechanic for possible transmission issue near East York?
Hi,
Recently having possible transmission issues (Automatic) and am looking for a nearby trustworthy shop to have a look. First the car would not recognize being in park, thus would only start in neutral. Then, a family member was driving and had some issue where they could not shift from reverse to drive, and somehow the car got stuck off in drive (didnt know this was possible). Now recently, the car has begun to roll backward in park with clicking sound. Googling around tells me this is all likely transmission related so want to be safe and have it looked at. I havent had to have major repair done and am weary of dealer, so any recommendation of a good shop is appreciated. Thanks!
