would you buy a vehicle with recall (fuel tank) ?

I was looking for a 2016 Mazda 3 Hatch, but wondering if there are issues or re-flags if the car has the fuel tank recall.

Would you buy it? Would you need to have it inspected again? Any thoughts?

Why would it matter, it's a recall, and that means the manufacturer fixed said issue. So this is a non-issue. I'd buy it.
