Question Broken front passenger side spring (Eibach Pro Kit) Mazda 3 2012

    Hello all,

Found out the front spring broke, near the end of coil. Makes metal rubbing noise over bumps.
The part number was 5553.140, purchased 2013.

For such an old part, seems like it's impossible to find brand new retail.
I looked up eibach's site and there's a this million miles warranty.

Has anyone ever used this service of theirs?
and what should I do in this case

    Thanks

Never had to as my springs are still good, but simply, I would suggest emailing Eibach to find out the procedure before doing anything.
