2015 Mazda 3 gx , 2.0l coolant flush and manual trans fluid replacement

hey everyone
My son and I would like to flush the coolant but the car takespremixed Fl22. If we flush with distilled water then how do we get the coolant to the correct ratio?
Also, can anyone tell me what fluid the manual transmission uses?

Instead of flushing with just distilled water use a proper cleaner / radiator flush (https://products.liqui-moly.com/radiator-cleaner-7.html) to clean and neutralize internals and then flush with water. After filling with water to flush I also disconnected all the lowest hoses when flushing. I also used that as an opportunity to replace the hoses to silicone (https://www.amazon.ca/OBX-Silicone-R.../dp/B00AZM3E3I). I actually found this kit on ebay .
