Default Should I buy a 2014 Mazda 3 GT HB (all options) with 175000 KM for $10000?

Question in title. Looking at buying my first car. Want a sporty/somewhat fun hatchback that is also recent enough to have convenient features like a backup cam, possible adaptive cruise, etc. Found this 2014 Mazda 3 Hatchback with every option (including the lane keep/ACC) in the GT trim with the better engine available in this model all for $10000 CAD(https://www.autotrader.ca/a/mazda/ma...=1_1_1&sprx=-2). The only problem is the mileage is high at 175000Km (~108000 miles), but I think the price and all the options would make this a really great daily driver.

What is the reliability like on these cars after 100000 miles? Should I expect lots of money for upkeep/what should I look for in service history from the dealer?

For context, I am a graduating University student who wouldn't drive more than a few thousand miles every year and don't plan on keeping this car for more than 5 years. I plan to drive in the winter, and as I am in the Toronto area this car has already seen many winters.

Finally, I've read that Apple Carplay is a dealer installable option with 2014 model Mazdas. - would that work for this model? Thanks everyone.

175,000 kms is not alot. I assume this a automatic transmission.
    Im a 2012 with 268,000 kms.

I would say ask the dealership for a print out (service history) of all that was done to this from day 1 if they have it.
They should have already performed the following scheduled maintenancereplaced or changed) if not done they should do it before you purchase.
    --- new spark plugs
    --- radiator flush
    --- new belt
--- new brake pads, possible rotors & brake fluid too...

    did i miss anything ?

Has it been rustproofed? If not, I'd want to see under the chassis and check the usual rust hotspots. Wheel well, inside of doors, underneath trunk lid cover, etc.
