Need some Manual 5spd rebuild advice

Yup ... she has a hiccup ... 3rd not engaging when down shifting from 4th
But works if I fake a 4th to 2nd and then go to 3rd (no double clutch)
I figure my syncros on 3rd need to replace. I do not want to swap in a used G35M-R.
Because i dont know what the other has been thru but primarily want a manual
with zero Kms on it like my engine.

I am looking to rebuild syncros and bearings with this oem Rebuild Kit

Any Transmission rebuilder recommendations ?

Has anyone here rebuilt the G35M-R with upgraded gears/parts?
