Does anyone know how much coolant we need to use and if we should buy the premixed coolant from the dealer or elsewhere?

I would suggest the the FL-22 from the dealership
The aigncort Mazda - mention you are a TM3 member and it 10% less
Same with some west GTA dealerships
Check dealership list in forums


For older also consider radiator flush with the Liqui Moly rad flush ... also consider a Chill product Like this https://ultraraymotorsports.com/product/extra-cool/
which has corrosion inhibitor.

Check your manual for amount needed. If you don't have your manual go to a dealer service department, they should give you the answer.
