Got H&R springs installed for 2015 Mazda 3.
Thanks, great work.
Mr Wilson (08-10-2015)
Called Jimmy this morning about some noises and vibrations from my 2008 GT sedan, he was able to see me at 1pm. Found a worn front driver's side LCA and seized RSB end link. Also, most annoyingly, one of my rear springs had been improperly installed by the local dealership this past winter, wasn't seated properly. I had noted the rear ride height didn't seem equal side to side and brought it up with them a week after the install. I was told it was fine and within spec.
Needless to say I will be going to Jimmy for all future repairs and maintenance, it's clearly worth the drive for the high level of service and peace of mind.

just wanted to add to all the positive comments about jimmy.
went in to his shop not knowing what i was getting myself into but only by the word of the fellow TM3 society.
came in looking for this famous Jimmy every has been talking about with my mazda3(1Gen) looking for a new heart
a week or so later at a VERY reasonable price that i was really happy with, it was done.
i HIGHLY recommend Street Performance to anyone doing anything to their mazdas!

Hung out with Jimmy yesterday. Helped me out with a blown shock replacement and resealing my leaky transvestite pan. The service was thorough, testing all gears on my transmission after. Great as always! It is rare that I am out that way but it just so happened to workout since Nextmod was helping me out with the Koni Warranty.
Another pleasant visit to Jimmy for a quick oil change. Thanks!

Went to see Jimmy last Thursday to get my worn out stock shocks replaced with Koni yellows. Also, he replaced a fused parking bulb for me even though I could've done it myself. Also, pointed out that one of my lug nuts were warped, probably courtesy of my dealership (going to have a word with them). Anyway, told Jimmy I'm done servicing my car at the stealership.

Had a CEL + battery light Saturday night, called Jimmy Monday morning. Dropped off the car last night after work and picked it up this afternoon.
Jimmy is very accommoding and sussed out the problem right away, I told him what I was experiencing on the phone on Monday: he said MAF sensor. It did turn out to be broken wires to the MAF sensor. Thanks for fitting me in Jimmy.
Another great experience at Street Performance this afternoon. Canny installed new Moog front end links, and flushed brake, power steering, and transmission fluids, with a bit of help from Jimmy as needed. Tightened up my E-brake too. The care and attention to detail is amazing. I tried to give Jimmy a $10 tip when paying but he refused, and not only that charged me $10 less than quoted. Unreal!
Anybody know anything about the totalled white STI up on the lift at Jimmy's. It hit a pole a quite some speed according to Jimmy. The a** end of the car is pushed in about 2 feet at the rear pillar behind the back door. Hope whoever it was wasn't street racing.
What does Jimmy charge for a transmission flush? Would be willing to make the trek to Markham for this and some other work based on all the good reviews.
He doesn't do a flush. Just drain and fill.
Jimmy's the man. Always willing to help. Will definitely be brining my new car to him in the future!
Thanks Jimmy!

Went to have my front rotors replaced. Was done quickly and for a fair price.
Highly recommend to other members!

I'm at Jimmy's today at 11 for oil change, brake pads & rotors. Say hi to the guy sleeping on the couch if anyone is dropping by
It looks like I need to replace my rear struts. Any advice where I should get parts from before going to Jimmy? He said he'd prefer if I brought the parts myself first. I've read on the forums KYB's were good.
There's great parts sponsors on TM3. For proximity, NextMod is like 2 min away.

I have some news to tell you guys, I paid jimmy a visit today, sad to say this but Kenny Jimmy's partner that works with him is no longer employed he quit on his own. Jimmy now has a new partner this past week, he is not to familiar with our Mazdas yet, early 20's looks like and learning day by day. If you curious to know why send PM.

Funny you mention this, I tried calling jimmy few times end of last week but went to voicemail and it was full so I couldn't leave a message.
Finally got through yesterday looking for a quote to replace both LCA's, he was kinda 'short' on the phone with me and not his usual self and the price quoted was quite high.
I figured something might have happened and he had a rough start to the week, so I didn't bother too much and decided to get the job done locally at a lower rate.
Hearing now he's got a new guy working, sounds like things aren't going smoothly, I could see why he might have came across the way he did on the phone as he's got a lot more going on - hopefully it's a short term thing

Jimmy was very happy today, explained what's been going on to me. Training the new guy how to jack a lowered car the proper way and how to do work on Mazdas. Jimmy is really open this week, think he got over today of not having Kenny anymore. He was answering calls everytime he could. In the end its not jimmy fault what happened
