ElChino's 2010 GX (so far...)

Kind of a lengthy post but here goes...

Having owned the 3 for about two months now, this is what I've done to it so far..

- Changed Rear Rotors and Brakes
- Viper 4706 Remote Starter (installed at Audio Heaven, highly recommend their service)
- Nextmod Window Visors; most say the OEM visors look awesome, I agree...but this is all I can afford haha [Click to see how they look, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FPgpDZdaW0]
- Dipped Front and Back Emblems
- Tinted rear taillights with VHT nite-shades; I didn't add any clear coat (forgot to buy some lol) so they may become dull over time, I just wet sanded with 3000g and polished with wax.
- Tinted (or really blacked out) side markers
- Put on a few stickers 'cause you know, each sticker adds about 5hp lolol
- Change stock interior lights to LEDs (map, dome, glovebox, trunk, license plate), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCO-cHft3W0

I didn't opt for a tip since they charged ~70-80$ for one, which I thought was ridiculous. So I left it with a pipe.




Dipped the headlights with Plastidip Smoke I had leftover... but not really digging it, just temporary for now.

- Picked up a pair of Hella Sharptones from Nextmod and slightly used Pro-kits off a Kijiji seller which I want to get installed in the near future

Once the pro-kits are installed, the plans are to get shoes and spacers for it because.. stance life?

Anyways...not nearly as nice looking (yet) as the other 2010-2013 sedans I've seen on this forum, but it's a work in progress.

Wanted to put up an "end of the summer" update

1. Corksport SRI + Airbox (picked up from TM3 member)



2. Hella SharpTone Horns (from Nextmod, installed myself). In comparison to the stock horn, these are hella better lol.



3. Rally Armour Flaps Black/Grey (picked up from TM3 member)



4. License Plate Tow Hook Relocation (eBay)



5. RX8 Rims - Matte Gunmetal (picked up from TM3 member)



6. 6000K HIDs (DDM Tuning)



7. Plastidipped the chrome trim black



8. Plastidipped eyelids lol



& this long shift knob




At this point, I’m not sure if I wanna keep spending money on the car - might start saving for something faster lol

Overall, I'm happy with how the car looks so far.
