kids have been in the GTA since last thursday and will remain til this weekend. one hand, miss them, on the other, i'm getting ALL of the housework done
we've been doing video hangouts each night so that helps

OMG THIS. I have the same one (black plastic, only diff I think is it has pre-heating and maybe more attachments), and I originally got it thinking I'd use it on my car. Nope. With kids, I've used it on my basement carpet, in the car, on the kids car seats, and my couch several times cleaning things up like spilled stuff, and on more than one occasion, significant amounts of puke...

I would wait until really deep in sleep before cutting nails. Now my almost 4 year old is good at just sitting patiently while watching TV as we "chip chip" the nails.

Up to this day my wife won't do it

Ours turns 4 tomorrow and he loves it now. Tries to do it himself so we have to hide them
