Detailers that do engine shampoos & are experienced with aftermarket parts in engine?

I was doing some work on my 3 today and realized the engine bay is absolutely filthy (well I realized this before but I was ignorant to it for as long as I could be), I don't think it was ever cleaned in its existence, model year is 2008. I was looking into engine bay shampoos, at first I wanted to do it on my own and then after watching some tutorials, I think I'd mess something up and now I'm seeking professional help. lol! In my engine bay is a cold air intake, the electrical components for aftermarket HIDs and Hella Horns - I was wondering if anyone can refer me to a detailer that has experience with shampooing engines with parts that are not in your normal stock car and know how to work around these things, just for that peace of mind element. I hope that doesn't sound crazy and it is a normal concern.

Thank you for the suggestions, I will definitely check out the options and ask the right questions, was just hoping for a referral from someone to a shop that they know can be trust from personal experience!
