Yep, alerts me of speed traps and red light camera's, it gives the warning on the screen and beeps :-)

Yep stock radio is still hooked up using a LOC and using 4 aux-in's for all the audio connections. I also have a Clarion dvd player in the glovebox.

Locations of all red light camera's are public knowledge, so what is done is the locations are recorded and loaded into the GPS unit so when you approach an intersection with a red light camera, it gives you a warning. You can adjust the distance for when you get a first warning, for example 600 meters, and the closer you get the bigger the warning box is and quicker the beep tone goes.

Yes it has video out. It's the GVN 52, which is like an oem unit. It's basically the "brain" only and you hook it up to any screen

I'm real curious to know how you like using it. It's got a little remote you use to control it, right?

Don't say too much now though. I really want to know what you think after using it for a couple months.

It's really easy to use, the remote isn't one of those cheap credit card types (but is still small), the buttons are easy to use without even looking at it and it's got a small joystick on it which makes it really easy to navigate menu's etc.
