Oh yes there is. It's front and center between the 2 round gauges.

I think the grille has some potential. Send it out to the bodyshop and get it color matched with the rest of the car.

the very first picture the car looks good, after you get closer it all goes downhill... like that saying "good from a far, but far from good"

CWP is the only colour where I tend to agree with the comments about the grille, but it still looks good.

liking the interior, but they should put some carbon fibre on the steering wheel as it looks buck-toothed when framed with the gauges:

Not liking the car that much. Compared with Vince's, i like his more. It doesnt look aggressive at all. Its so round. Its supposed to be a speed. Where is the sporty look???

If I had to replace my MS3, I would pay the $800 extra and get the WRX 265

Kinda wish they discontinued this car. Mazda should have quit while they were ahead b/c it now looks more like a Matrix than ever before. i don't like the it. Too soft-looking.

looks being purely subjective and debatable, the driver's seat and the surrounding controls are nice. voice controlled sat nav built in, dual climate control, power leather seats w/ memory that bolters well.

whereas the 2007 - 2009 MS3's looked great from the factory, the 2010 MS3 gives a lot of potential to the aftermarket. You can almost sense that Mazda didn't want the original MS3's to be heavily modded...then they realized the sales potential and made the new MS3 a better canvass for personalization.

and no, I'm not jumping in line to get a 2010 MS3, because functionally there are too many similarities to justify the switch. but for guys who are in the market for such a niche vehicle, the new MS3 continues to make a compelling arguement as an overall package.

besides...I'm sure Peter/SSG/NextMod has all kinds of plans for the 2010's. =)

i am sure the sales figures will do the talking... if it weren't for the same engine which is poping left right and center on the larger boards and the hood scoop it would be alright

the hood scoop is functional. so I was told, as I got there after the car arrived...everyone was telling me how cool (temperature wise...lol) the TMIC was when it got to the parking lot.

but I agree...sales figures will do the talking...and the journalists will have their go at it at the end of the month...so hopefully, we can see Jim Kenzie's review soon.

I was the first one to put my hands on the intercooler/engine right after steven got here (a 30 mins drive) and the two components were COLD (and told Fobio as soon as he arrives LOL).

All in all, I think this will be another success for mazda, despite the negative comments on it. I've tried to bring the car to the forum via pictures, but no matter how good the pictures are it still look different in person - its much better.

I'm glad everyone enjoyed getting a look at the car! Thanks to Fobio for suggesting I bring it out. It's always good to hear opinions whether they are favourable or not.

It's $1000 more for the WRX 265 Sedan, $1900 for the WRX 265 5-door. For that you don't get the same features as the MS3 has adaptive bi-xenons, Navigation, push button start, leather trim, power memory seat, 18 inch wheels, etc.

You do get AWD and a moonroof though.

One's a FWD hot hatch the other is an AWD rally car. It's going to come down to buyer preference.
