Has anyone noticed that their lights bounce/vibrate when they go over certain bumps in the road like cracks, manhole covers, etc?
Apparently there is an inherit flaw in the Mazda 3 headlights where by the projectors inside the housings are not as secure as they should be. I recently had a pair of OEM HID housings imported from the US, and I can see that sometimes when I go over bumps my lights bounce/vibrate. The high beam reflector and low beam projector are on the same mounting bracket inside the housing. I noticed that when I grab and tug slightly on the high beam bulb the whole unit inside moves a little, which is most likely what is causing this bouncing/vibrating.
Has anyone else experienced this with the OEM halogen lights? Does the unit inside move a little when you tug on the high beam bulb as well?
