Well, the wife and I are leaving late tonight for a well-deserved vacation. Unfortunately we each can only get away for a week, but we\'ll gladly take it. We\'re going on our first ever cruise, out of Ft. Lauderdale and through the Caribbean. Ports include St. Martin, St. Thomas-US Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas.

While I\'m gone I would like to ask the following:

1) Please don\'t buy any more white Mazda3\'s
2) Majic, go easy on the newbs (unless they deserve it ;) )
3) If any crazy Aussies come onto the board and start $hit, put them in their place :D
4) And finally, Cardinal, get off your ass and go buy yourself a Mazda3 already (as long as it isn\'t white :p )

Now I gotta go home and start packing!

The water on the ship isn\'t safe either? I never drink the water at the resorts we go to, but I would\'ve thought that on the ship it would be okay?

Just building on what Peral_Hatch posted, it would be appreciated if some of those pictures would include attractive females in different stages of nudity.

the water in The Bahamas is fine. which island are you going to in the Bahamas (New Providence/Nassau, Freeport, Grand Bahama)?

If going to Nassau, check out Atlantis on Paradise Island (there\'s a ferry from Prince George Dock near the Straw Market for $6...cab ride from the Cruise ship doc is about $12 with a $1 toll to get into P.I. over the bridge).

Also, check out the Fish Fry near Cable Beach..they have some good local food there. it\'s a jumping spot at night (especially the weekends).

On \"cruise ship nights\" (which are typically Tuesday, Friday, Saturday nights), Senor Frogs near the Straw Market and Hilton is quite hype at night.

Let it be known that things in Nassau are quite pricey and that their dollar is on par with the US$ (which should be taken into account when buying souveniers there).

I\'ve been to Nassau for work a couple of times and could tell you more. PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks guys! Majestic, I\'ve been to Nassau already once before, and this time around we are visiting a private island owned by Princess Cruises called Princess Cays. I will definately take a ton of pics and post some up when I get back!
