Its good, note all the useless piece fell apart except for the tridion cell..
Its the same tridion cell thats been used in the mclaren f1 cars...don\'t let the side fool you, that little thing is one of the safest car. See the smart website, lots of testing of that cell including video of the canadian highway safety test

it did the best job it can, may be the driver couldn\'t walk out the car himself, but should be alive. just don\'t order the glass roof though:p

btw, Top Gear is an awsome show. :D
Don't worry this isn't graphic. Its a 'Fifth Gear' test of the Smart cars crash capability. Its really amazing how strong the car is. There were no humans or dummies in the test, they just remote controlled the cars. Check it out.
