Hey Guys,

I\'m a total newb when it comes to tires/wheel\'s and I used the fitment guide but it doesn\'t help if your car is lowered.

I have a hatch dropped with the Eibach pro-kit and I was wondering if I\'m going to have any problems with a 17x7.5 43+ offset rim on a 205/50-17 tire (they are brand new tires so I won\'t be buying 215\'s)? Will they fit, will I have rubbing?

Thanks for helping a newb out

That will work, I am pretty sure that 205 has a maximum for a 7.5\" wide rim. My only worry would be the 50 profile, not to positive on that.

I was running 17 x 7.5 +40 with 215/45/17 and not a problem.

Thanks Methodyst.

I know for sure the tire will fit the rim, I was just worried about rubbing with the +43 offset and my drop

I am sure you will be fine, I mean the size difference between the 45 to 50 is just shy of half an inch for the radius

24.3\" - 25.1\" for the diameter

It should be fine with less then 1 inch difference from what I was running. If you plan to track and drive it that hard then you might need to drop to a 45.
