Service type: Oil change and misc services

Pros: No attitude professional job, Detailed discriptions of all parts changed with type of fix.

Cons: Not much to do while waiting, +3hrs wait time (I had 4 things to fix on my list), nothing to do for entertainment in that area while you wait.

Detailed story:
Well I just got my dealer to do my oil change and take care of a bunch of other service issues. They were pretty good about it and assured me switching to mobil 1 0W-20 would not void my warrenty, and he\'d use the bottles I provided for him.

They told me if I brought anything that would void my warrenty they\'d let me know and probably would make note of it. Other then the fact that he said I\'m using synth a little earily 3000KM he said everything is fine as far as my warrenty is concerned.

Final verdict, after driving around for a bit I have to say oil changes makes everything quieter. Although it wasn\'t really noticably loud before (the engine), now even staining to hear the engine will generally be drowned out by the power steering pump.

Car feels slightly lighter too (wonder how long that will last). All and all one perfectly satisfied customer, dispite taking 3 hrs.

In addition:

- Wiper blades where changed
- brakes where oiled and refitted to stop the squealing in the morning due to moisture,
- Oil was changed,
- Chassis was lubricated so it doesn\'t squeek anymore.
- Rough shift issue was evaluated but I already had the newest firmware.

Took a little longer than expected but they did a pretty good job and dealt with every little idosyncracy I had with the car and would honestly piss off any normal mechanic. No attitude and good work done, I\'m a happy customer.

Make sure if your going to your dealer to switch you over to synthetic that you get their assurance for the warrenty if it\'s on paper they can\'t back out later. Mobil 1 states on their site that their synth can be used at any time during the lifetime of the vehicle and that not using it at the start is a myth. But still nice to get dealer assurance.

Hi,
DM is my dealer, too and I have no complains so far.
They\'re always professional with their service and it lasts no longer than 2 hours in my experience.
If you live in the West End of TO I highly recommend them.
Btw,
if you want to grab some food just go across Dufferin St. to a place called \"California Sandwiches\";
I find that it helps killing some of that waiting time ;)

I think if a group of TM3 members synchronized their service times it would be alot less boring. :D
